Your journey starts with our core Cognitive Behavioural Therapy module which will teach you the underlying theory and practice of CBT. You will also learn about professional issues and ethical considerations in our Professional Ethics module.
From here, you can choose your elective modules including a range of third-wave CBT approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, that integrate mindfulness into CBT.
